General Terms & Applicability

Bsec is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members who use the bsec website and its related services.

To create an account with bsec, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false details is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

No one under the age of 18 may use bsec. bsec may request proof of age during KYC verification. If false information is provided regarding age, all winnings will be forfeited.

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or device, all associated accounts will be subject to verification.

• You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when creating an account.
• Keep your account password strong — at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

• A photo of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bsec supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Both deposits and withdrawals are processed as quickly and conveniently as possible.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Leaderboard prizes and points cash redemptions are directly withdrawable.
• bsec reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bsec regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page or in the bonus section.

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from this bonus can be withdrawn. If the deposit is withdrawn after the bonus has been claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.

• Wagering means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount — for example, 3x means you need to wager three times the bonus value.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count at 100%, while Live Casino games count at 10–20%.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully completed.
• Bonus validity is typically 30 days from the date of issue.

If bsec determines that a member is abusing the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage — bsec reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and suspend the account.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, bsec will review the matter and issue a final decision.
• bsec reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds (Palpable Error).
• If a match or event is abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• For any issues arising from network delays during live betting, bsec's decision is final.

• If your internet connection drops during a game session, bsec will make its determination based on server logs.
• Rewards granted due to a software bug or technical error may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all members at bsec, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or any illegal source onto the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members or staff.
• Impersonating a bsec employee or representative.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or assisting others in doing so.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at your convenience.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed. For self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened until the specified period has ended.
