Odds never drop below 1.00, and 1.01 means a near-certain favourite. Your potential payout is shown on screen before you place the bet, so there's no guesswork.

After logging in, you'll find two separate sections under the "Account" menu — Betting History and Transaction History. Your betting history shows the date, stake, odds, outcome, and payout for every bet. Your transaction history covers the date, method, and status of all deposits and withdrawals. Records from the past 180 days can be filtered and viewed directly. For older data, submit a support ticket — a PDF report will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
